Asset Management

The Asset Management module enables schools to manage all assets efficiently — from inventory registration and condition monitoring to repair follow-ups. Damage reports can be submitted through the Cases menu, while repair progress is tracked via Work Orders to verify whether the issue is resolved, in progress, or pending action. Maintenance Planning also allows schools to schedule periodic servicing and manage vendors involved in repairs. With this system, asset conditions remain monitored, ready for use, and supported by a complete record history.
